Will an online consultation be as effective as a face-to-face appointment?
This is a common concern but rest assured, virtual consultations can be as effective as in-person visits for many conditions.
Our online services are conducted by the highly qualified specialist, Mr. Tomas Madura, who will provide a thorough evaluation of your condition of your nerve condition.
By submitting an enquiry, you are not committing to an online appointment. However, we will be able to review and assess if an online consultation is appropriate.
If a face-to-face appointment is more appropriate we would advise you of this in advance and help you make the appropriate arrangements. This ensures you receive the best care possible.

I’m concerned about data and privacy – Will it be secure?
In the modern age, data and privacy is an understandable concern.
To mitigate any risk we use Spire Healthcare’s Zoom platform (you can read more about this here).
The privacy of our patient data is paramount. Spire Healthcare has made changes to their corporate Zoom settings to ensure they keep their video conferencing secure. Online consultations only use the video conferencing feature and do not allow file sharing and in-conference chat. They use unique, strongly encrypted meeting codes for each meeting and we receive training on how to schedule and conduct meetings, including monitoring attendees to ensure they know and validate who is attending.
I’m not very technical, will this be an issue?
We provide clear, step-by-step instructions on how to use our online consultation platform. Additionally, our technical support team is available before and during your consultation to assist with any issues. We also offer test sessions to help you become familiar with the process, ensuring a smooth experience.
We offer alternative methods of consultation, such as telephone calls, for those who cannot access video consultations. Our services are designed to be inclusive, catering to patients with varying levels of technological access and proficiency.
